Not horrible at all. I'd say that the only thing that could be changed is the sharp-looking angle of the shadow her hair casts on her face, making it smoother and less stark, and maybe adding some clarity to her lower eyes. The colouring is very much fine; I actually like that addition of slight red into her coat. I'd go a bit less strongly on her face, as this makes her look a bit too red around there, but the rest of the body is okay. But I unconditionally like the hair and the highlights you did there. Oh, and the background looks fine, too. Overall, well done indeed!
